We are a support group designed just for you, the at-home mother of today! You have many interests and talents, you want to keep your children busy with a variety of activities, and you are proud of your choice of at-home mothering! We know, because we're at-home mothers, too!
The MOMS Club was designed specifically to help stay-at-home mothers overcome the challenges and demands of being an at-home mother. Most of our activities are during the day, when mothers-at-home need support. We believe being a mother shouldn't isolate you, so children are always welcome at our activities!
We rely on the participation of all our members to make the group successful and lots of fun! Our chapter provides the following activities:
~ Park Days-Weather permitting, park days are typically held once a month, and during warmer weather every week.
~ Field Trips-Field Trips are typically held once a month. We try to vary the locations and costs of each field trip to accommodate everyone.
~ Holiday Parties-We celebrate most holidays with a potluck lunch and games and crafts for the kids.
~ Monthly Meet & Greet-This is where we discuss issues relating to the club while the kids enjoy a snack and playtime.
~ Moms Night Out-A night to not be “mom” for a few hours. We get together for dinner, a game night or treat ourselves to spa treatments. This usually happens on a monthly basis, and is without children.
~ Playgroups-Children of the same age get together, along with their Moms, each week to play and share. These activities are hosted by the members in each group. Multi-Age playgroups are available.
~ Arts & Crafts Projects-Frequently our activities will include arts and crafts for the children. We ask chapter members to kindly donate supplies to share for these events.
~ Service Projects-Each year we participate in several service projects within our community. See the service projects page for more information.
